It was a great cruise. The only reason I didn't rate it awesome was because the weather was very cold. We got to see lots of beautiful buildings at the rivers edge. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting information. We received nice snacks, tea and coffee and all in all it was a great outing.

Beautiful scenery, comprehensive guide. Well worth the effort! Problems: time and meeting point varied, communicated via whatsapp, but being without internet we only found out by asking around. Fortunately they were waiting for us. Very cold on the boat but we were provided blankets.

One of the highlights of our trip in Istanbul. You get to witness the true beauty of the city from the best viewpoint and learn so much about Turkish history on the way. P.S. I forgot his name but if your guide is a 6 foot 5 turkish man with a giant beard then you're in for a great time, most entertaining guide ever.

Meeting point sent via WhatsApp and email, upon arrival the guys verified our names. After that we left with a guide who told a couple of things we observed as we went along, nothing very in-depth. In the meantime we were brought snacks, water and then tea and Turkish coffee. There is a stop to taste yogurt (which is not included but is purchased separately). The cruise was very well planned. Showed us all the sights along the Bosphorous and cumulated in a spectacular sunset. There was plenty of seating and snacks served were very good. The attendants were very friendly and made us very comfortable. The guide was excellent; very knowledgeable and wove the story of Istanbul in an entertaining and engaging manner. Highly enjoyable and highly recommended.

Private boat cruise was a great idea for the family activity - we really enjoyed our time on the water, beatiful views of the Bosphorus and the boat crew were wonderful. Two downsides: 1) we didnt know the boarding point until the booking - there is no option to see it until you book and pay. In our case it turned out almost an hour away by taxi. If i has known that in advance i might have chosen a different provider. 2) the booking confirmation did not contain contact of the boat captain and it took us 10 minutes of anxious searching and talking to other boat owners to find our boat. It all worked out fine in the end but it would be great to avoid this in the future

The guide was good but he didn't have a mike so his explanation was not very clear. The details said a dinner buffet will be provided but there was only chips, nuts and fruits. For the price paid for 3 people it was not worth the money.

The cruise was excellent, but there were lapses in accuracy in informing about the meeting point. We were moving back and forth in the different places of the pier until we found the people of the company. It was very stressful because we thought we would lose the excursion. The area is under construction and everything is complicated. You should identify yourselves with an umbrella or something like that.

The seating in deck was very comfortable, the service was great, and the guide--I think his name was Sergun?--was stellar. So informative about the buildings and Istanbul history in general. Very pleasant cruise, would highly recommend to friends.

The scenic views and information was terrific, especially seeing the Black Sea. I especially enjoyed taking a dip in a cove near the sea! What made the excursion great was Furkan, the host. He reassured all patrons and was very kind and helpful.

Kürzlich haben wir eine Tour zu einigen der berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls unternommen, darunter die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee und die Cisterna Basilica. Leider war das Erlebnis insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da weder Audioguides noch Kopfhörer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und es war fast unmöglich, den Führer zu hören oder die Erklärungen zu verstehen. Die geschichtlichen und kulturellen Hintergründe, die diese Orte so faszinierend machen, gingen uns so völlig verloren. Ohne Audioguide oder Kopfhörer waren wir gezwungen, uns durch die Menge zu drängen und die Informationen selbst zu suchen, was den Besuch sehr stressig und unbefriedigend machte. Für ein so wichtiges touristisches Ziel hätten wir einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Insgesamt war die Tour absolut schlecht organisiert und wir würden sie unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine Investition in Audioguides und Kopfhörer wäre dringend erforderlich, um den Besuchern ein zufriedenstellendes und informatives Erlebnis zu bieten.

The app to make reservations is excellent. There is always the concern if it is real and not a fraud. I can attest that it is real, it is not a fraud. They are very punctual according to the times indicated for each tour. There has never been any inconvenience. Two things need to be improved: They walk too fast forgetting that in the group there are older people who walk slower. And when they offer the tour, they explain almost nothing because they are in a hurry to leave. My tour at the Blue Mosque was about 30 minutes when it was supposed to be 90 minutes. The Hagia Sophia tour took about 15 minutes.
